Make your own Mushroom n’ Swiss burgers!


Ingredients:
Mushroom & Swiss Burgers recipe:
For 6 burgers:
2lbs. of ground beef
6 slices Swiss cheese
6 burger buns
to sautee mushrooms:
2 tbsp. olive oil
garlic salt as desired
Directions:
- Prepare and shape ground beef into 6 circle patties
- Place the 6 patties on the grill. Cut and sautee mushrooms on low heat using olive oil and garlic salt till brown.
- Place cooked burgers on the side and carefully spoon mushrooms on the top of all the burgers, then place 1 slice of swiss cheese on each.
- Place the burgers sit on the grill for about one minute. Remove and place on buns.
Enjoy with French fries and a drink!
