Chili

Chili

Ingredients:
2  cups beef broth  ( or 2 cups water with 2 cubes of beef stock or chicken stock )
3 cups diced tomatoes 
1 jar tomoato paste
1/3  cup chili powder 
2  teaspoons unsweetened cocoa powder 
 2  teaspoons ground cumin 
1 1/2  teaspoons dried oregano 
1  teaspoon fresh ground black pepper 
1  teaspoon salt 
1/2  teaspoon cayenne pepper 
1-2  tablespoon sugar 
1-2 cans Red Kidney Beans
3  tablespoon olive oil 
2  cloves garlic, minced 
1  large yellow onion, chopped 
1  green bell pepper, diced 
1  kilo ground Beef
1/4  cup all-purpose flour
Directions:
1. Put first 12 ingredients in pot with 1 tablespoon of the sugar, mix well, add beans.
2. Turn pot on low.
3. In anouther large pan, heat some olive oil and sauté garlic, onions and green pepper for 4-5 minutes. Add to other mixture.
4. In the saute pan, add the ground beef, cover the beef in the flour and brown in skillet. Then add to first mixture.
5.Cook on low, stir often to prevent burning at the bottom, the longer it cooks, the better the flavor.
6. taste check for salt or pepper.
It's great in a bread bowl or on a baked potatoe, topped with Sour Cream and Shredded Chedder Cheese!!!!
* IF YOU DONT LIKE IT SPICY, Dont use Chili Powder!
