Drinking water at the correct time Maximizes its effectiveness on the
Human body :

1 glass of water after waking
up - helps activate internal organs

1 glass of water 30 minutes before a meal -helps digestion

1glass of water before taking a
bath - helps lower blood pressure

1 glass of water before going to
bed - avoids stroke or heart attack

This is How Sitting too long affects your body.

Life is a Mixture of both Good and Bad, it depends on how we take it and how we give it back...

There's "hell" in hello, "good" in goodbye, "lie" in believe, "over" in lover, "end" in friend, "ex" in "next", & "if" in life.

TIPS TO PREVENT CHRONIC BACK PAIN !!

TIPS TO PREVENT CHRONIC BACK PAIN !!
********************************

It is a fact of our health that only the common cold strikes more than chronic back pain. For many of us back pain is caused by simple mechanics of our spine such as a muscle or a joint. While it might be quiet painful, most back problems are not serious and very easily treatable. Sometimes our pain occurs in all age groups, but as we grow older we become less active and pain becomes more evident.
Here are some things you can do to prevent recurring pain or sometimes called chronic back pain.
Stay Active:
In our bodies, the spine was meant for motion. In fact movement of the spine is required by our bodies for healthy disks. Remember our disks are the so-called "shock absorbers of our vertebrae". Because our spinal disks have no blood supply, movement is required to lubricate these disks. Movement promotes strength and keeps our spine healthy.

Eat Healthy:
Stay away from processed foods, mainly fatty foods. These foods cause inflammation in our bodies which can lead to pain. Eat fruits, vegetables, and whole grains to promote a healthy back and overall health.
Keep Positive:
If chronic back pain occurs, remain positive. Prevent depression and don't think you need to spend days in bed. Inactivity, will only make it worse, you need to move.
Lift Properly:
You need to take the weight off your back when lifting, especially heavy items. Lift with your knees and legs, bend and cradle the item you are lifting, and listen, don't be afraid to ask for help when lifting a heavy object. Many macho men have hurt their back lifting wrong.
See a Chiropractor:
Sometimes another condition could be causing your chronic pain. If you experience reoccurring pain then you might need to see a chiropractor. He can readjust your spine and also offer treatment plans to help prevent further problems associated with your back problems.

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

VERY USEFUL INFORMATION MUST SHARE THIS...........

BRAIN DAMAGING HABITS

1. No Breakfast

People who do not take breakfast are going to have a lower blood sugar level.

This leads to an insufficient

supply of nutrients to the brain causing brain degeneration.

2 . Overeating=2 0

It causes hardening of the brain arteries, leading to a decrease in mental power.

3. Smoking

It causes multiple brain shrinkage and may lead to Alzheimer disease.

4. High Sugar consumption

Too much sugar will interrupt the absorption of proteins and nutrients causing

malnutrition and may interfere with brain development.

5. Air Pollution

The brain is the largest oxygen consumer in our 20 body. Inhaling polluted air

decreases the supply of oxygen to the brain, bringing about a decrease in brain

efficiency.

6 . Sleep Deprivation

Sleep allows our brain to rest.. Long term deprivation from sleep will accelerate

the death of brain cells..

7. Head covered while sleeping

Sleeping with the head covered increases the concentration of carbon dioxide

and decrease concentration of

oxygen that may lead to brain damaging effects.

8. Working your brain during illness

Working hard or studying with sickness may lead to a decrease in effectiveness

of

the brain as well as damage the brain.

9. Lacking in stimulating thoughts

Thinking is the best way to train our brain, lacking in brain stimulation thoughts

may cause brain shrinkage.

10. Talking Rarely

Intellectual conversations will promote the efficiency of the brain

Top Ten Modern Inventions of 21st Century

The World is progressing at a very fast pace. In every generation the technology upgrades with a multiple of ten.  We are still not confirm to say the exact pace of advancements. The technology we often used to see in movies and comics have become a reality now. The following quote seems justified for recent technology  “Fiction of today is Fact of tomorrow.”

#10 Robotics

The concept of robotics came from Hollywood movies that fascinated the human nature a lot. Yet the definition of robotics has been changing from time to time. The humans believe that robots are something similar structures like us having the capability to do all the work without getting tired or ill. If we look around ourselves we shall get to know that we are surrounded by different types of robots from small scale to large scale. The idea of war machines and sophisticated robots genuinely came from the movies of Hollywood for example Star Wars, Terminator, Men in Black and similar many movies. We all believe that the fiction of today is a fact of tomorrow. The modern world is trying to prove our belief and is probably successful in doing so; many engineering companies of Japan and America have produced robots capable of doing home jobs as well as securing their borders. The UAVs and Drones are one of a kind. The robotics thus justified to stay on our list at number ten.

#9 Genetic Engineering

Gregor Mendel, father of the Genetics did experimental research on better growth of peas. His work was criticized at that time but after a decade of his death, year 1884 his work was appreciated and he was titled as the father of Genetics. After that Genetic Engineering flourished most rapidly and now almost all the plants, vegetables and fruits have been grown on the same principle. Accounts suggest that there were attempts to produce clones but later these experiments were banned. Using the technique you can now add or remove different traits from the personality of your fetus. You can now determine and decide the gender of the baby and its physical features. Thus, Genetic Engineering acquires the rank of number nine in our top ten lists.

#8 Hypersonic Transportation

The transport facilities revolutionized very rapidly. The airplanes revolutionized in the early twentieth century, Airplanes were evolved to reach a speed of 10 mach and provide ensures to provide you a safe journey at such speed. Similarly the trains have evolved much in just a mere century; recent trains are ten times faster than those of 19thy century. Previous accounts suggest that there are possibilities that by the end of this century we shall be able to travel at the speed of 6,000 mph. There are some concepts of teleportation, yet not existing but probably meet reality in a century or two. Thus super fast transportation is at number eight in our top ten ranking.

#7 Free Energy
The acquisition of energy from non polluting substances had been Holy Grail for Science. The Energy today is being produced from different sources for example; tides, geothermal, sea waves, wind, nuclear, solar and many other sources. However nuclear energy is most cheap yet we are still unable to control the nuclear reactions. Energy is being produced from fission reactions but whence we will find ways to control fusion reaction we will be having humongous amount of energy supply. Another cheapest way of obtaining energy is from the sea waves, researchers are working on this project diligently to obtain this source of energy sooner or later we’ll be enjoying electricity supply with a very less amount of money.

#6 Artificial Intelligence

The definition says according to John McCarthy “It is the science and engineering of making intelligent machines, especially intelligent computer programs. It is related to the similar task of using computers to understand human intelligence, but AI does not have to confine itself to methods that are biologically observable.” It’s one of the technologies in its kind promising to provide maximum output. The Technology makes robots and different machines to think and understands human intelligence making them smarter than computers. Different authors and researchers explain that the technology is mere a risk and can prove harmful to the human race and current environment, still many scientist and researchers believe it is as a part of criticism to their work. They are working diligently to make this technology alive and change the future story of the world.

#5 Nanotechnology

Much like other fictions depicted in Hollywood movies. Nanotechnology is one of its kinds. You must have watched movies in which microscopically small organisms destroy cities within a matter of few minutes. The idea of Nanotechnology came from there. The purpose of making things smaller and smaller is getting wider and wider day by day, computers have been reduced from a size of room to pocket size cell phones, different electrical applications used in our daily life have been reduced in size and struggle to achieve success in this field are on.

#4 Human Cloning

Human Cloning is an extremely a controversial issue. It means to genetically produce identical copy of Human beings. First Attempt was made by Dr. Panayiotis Zavos, an American fertility doctor, efforts proved a mere failure. He experimented to generate an embryo in 35 years of old woman later it was found that woman was never pregnant. With the gradual improvements in the cloning technique, efforts to generate mouse, cattle, goat, pig, deer, rabbit, cat, mule, and horse clones proved successful. The successful experiments were extreme rare cases, for every 100 experiments only one or two proved successful.  The following experiments were done on the humans as well none of them proved successful; in every experiment vital organs remained immature required to support healthy growth of normal baby.

#3 Antigravity

The Antigravity is the idea of creating place gravity free that is it would have no effect of gravity on it. This makes the objects in that specific area to float freely in air. The main idea behind the concept of gravity free places or antigravity machines is to balance their weight against some other kind of force may magnetism or aerodynamic lift. The concept is again taken from Fiction novels, Hollywood movies and cartoons. The media has played a versatile role behind advent of many different technologies. NASA’s projects usually carry out such kind of training for its astronauts. Thus the concept of Antigravity lies at number three in our countdown list.

#2 Automation

The Technology is progressing at such a fast pace that observers believe that by the end of this century the electronic equipments will be much smarter that they will be able to do all home chores which are on your mind and a constant worry for you.  These electronic equipment work of you understands your feeling and much similar to robotics concept. The concept again came from movies, comics and similar media. If you had watched star wars in which the whole city is controlled by a single very powerful computer being named as SUPER COMPUTER, it is responsible to control vehicles travelling on streets, robots guarding your homes, war machines guarding your borders from hostile forces and even controlling robots in your kitchen who are preparing your breakfast. Humans still make their decisions and can reprogram them for their needs and requirements. In this way making Human beings gratis from every work and providing them time to enjoy with their family.

#1 Hydrogen Powered Car

The idea came from the fear of consumption of all the useful crude oil fuel present in our earth. This idea took its birth in 21st Century; attempts were produce internal combustion engines capable of doing cracking of water and produce Hydrogen following which is to be used as a fuel for useful purpose. The cracking of Hydrogen is not as simple it looks. In our secondary classes we have learn in basic chemistry course that water can be cracked using platinum electrodes and in the presence of Sulphric acid as an electrolyte, producing one mole of Hydrogen gas and two moles of Oxygen gas. Scientists and Chemists use the same principle to crack the water and produce hydrogen but the process is way too expensive and unstable. Once we made an engine capable of cracking Hydrogen then the cost and necessity of fuel will go down and most important our energy crisis will come to an end.
